Nissan calls the 2019 Nissan Rogue Sport its "mini crossover." You’ll notice that it looks very similar to the Rogue, though it’s a foot shorter lengthwise and about six inches shorter in height. However, despite its more diminutive stature, it still has plenty of storage space and surprisingly ample legroom. It also has more than enough oomph, thanks to a 2.0-liter 4-cylinder engine that provides plenty of power to fulfill all your driving needs.

Drive & Handling
All models come with a 2.0-liter DOHC inline 4-cylinder direct injection gasoline engine that produces a respectable 141 horsepower and 147 pound-feet of torque. It is paired with Nissan's XTronic Continuously Variable automatic Transmission® (CVT) that can power either front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive. The front-wheel-drive version gets an enviable fuel economy of 32 mpg on the highway and 25 mpg in the city, while the all-wheel-drive version gets an EPA-estimated 30 mpg city and 24 mpg highway.**
The wheelbase on the Rogue Sport is 2.3 inches shorter than the larger Rogue, and the overall length is about a foot shorter. This translates to increased maneuverability for city driving and an easier time dealing with that dreaded downtown parking. Vehicle Dynamic Control with Traction Control ensures that you always have the right amount of traction for any surface and combats understeer and oversteer in corners. So you're still getting massive capability in addition to compact maneuverability.
