Margot Robbie Is Nissan’s New Electric Vehicle Ambassador
The actress stars in a new promotional film featuring the all-electric Nissan BladeGlider
Suicide Squad star Margot Robbie took the BladeGlider for an action-packed ride in her debut as the new face of Nissan’s electric vehicle (EV) and zero emissions program. The mini-movie features Robbie in a midnight spin through Monaco behind the wheel of the all-electric sports car.
Intelligent Mobility
The BladeGlider puts to rest any doubts that an electric car can be exciting to drive. Part of Nissan’s Intelligent Mobility vision, the BladeGlider hits 100km/h (~62 mph) in less than five seconds. The BladeGlider was introduced as a concept car in 2013 and is loaded with technologies that combine environmental sensibility with sports car capability. In the film, Robbie is seen racing through Monaco’s world-famous Grand Prix circuit and impressively handling the iconic Fairmont Hairpin.
