Overview

With refined styling, the latest tech features, and a surprisingly large amount of power for a compact car, the 2018 Nissan 370Z® is everything a sports car should be—and more. The 370Z provides a comfortable, powerful, and affordable drive, complete with a wide array of available amenities.

The 2018 370Z comes as a rear-drive, two-door coupe and roadster. It’s offered in a variety of trim levels, and its price starts at a reasonable $29,990 for the coupe and $41,820 for the roadster.* The standard coupe includes highlights such as a six-speaker audio system with a CD player, Vehicle Dynamic Control (VDC) with Traction Control System (TCS), and a Bluetooth® hands-free phone system. The top-of-the-line Roadster Touring Sport trim boasts such innovations as Nissan sport brakes and a standard Nissan Hard Drive Navigation System with a 7.0-inch VGA touch-screen monitor and voice recognition.

All 370Z models have been updated with revised headlights and taillights, smoked chrome door handles, rear fascia, and a new EXEDY clutch for manual-equipped cars.

The Perfect Ride for…

Those who want the feel and handling of a sports car with the comfort and convenience of a sedan. You'll be able to stay connected to all of the infotainment features you love (such as the AM/FM/CD audio system with MP3/WMA CD playback capability), stay secure with the safety features you need (like the Nissan Advanced Air Bag System and Tire Pressure Monitoring System), and feel refreshed by the simple yet luxurious power that comes standard on every drive.

Drive & Handling

Power for all 2018 Nissan 370Z models come from a naturally aspirated 3.7-liter V6 engine, which is mated to a six-speed manual or a six-speed automatic transmission. Most models make 332 horsepower and 270 pound-feet of torque. The 370Z NISMO Coupe delivers a slightly more powerful 350 horsepower and 276 pound-feet of torque.

The EPA-estimated fuel economy of the baseline Coupe is 19 mpg city and 26 mpg highway, while the baseline Roadster stands at 18 mpg city and 25 mpg highway.** Those are great fuel economy ratings for a sports car and are sure to please just about any consumer.

Key Features

Convenient Storage

The 370Z's trunk offers plenty of storage space for the important things in life, like luggage, groceries, and golf clubs, and an available retractable cargo cover will allow you to keep things out of sight. Inside the cabin, clever built-in storage means that everything has a place. Finally, a hidden compartment behind the front passenger's seat helps to conceal valuables.

SynchroRev Match® Manual Transmission

This available technology monitors the shift lever, clutch, and vehicle speed so that the system pushes the throttle to the ideal engine rpm when you downshift for a supremely smooth transition. It also works when upshifting, giving you effortless acceleration. And if you'd like more a traditional driving experience, you can always turn the system off with the simple touch of a button.

Alternative Options

If the 370Z isn't roomy enough, the 2017 Nissan Rogue® may be the perfect fit. This SUV offers generous interior space, a few engine options (including a hybrid version), and restrained styling that is both modern and timeless. For a compact car with a more sustainable footprint, you can opt for the Nissan LEAF® which is 100 percent electric, meaning no more gas station fill-ups. (Talk about budget-friendly!) This smaller model is reliable, stylish, comfortable, and easy to maneuver around tight spots.
